They inadvertently built the duplex <br /> aPeOREtely 5 feet onto 49th Street. City departments eedntilitY <br /> companies have no objections to the proposed street vacation. He said <br /> Ne might-of-way in this area is about 75 feet and this vacaiion would <br /> have no bearing on the street. The vacation contains 2400 square feet <br /> and the property in the area is zoned R-2.
