Upon roll <br /> call it was found that all councilmen were in attendance except Council- <br /> man Ebert who was excused,Councilman Langus who arrived at 10:20 and <br /> Mayor Anderson who was excused. <br /> minutes of the meeting held April 27,1977 were approved as printed. <br /> PROCLAMATIONS <br /> president Tuckett proclaimed the week of May 1-7,1977 as"Be Kind to <br /> Animals Week."
