Moved by Councilman Michelson,seconded by Councilman Gipson to auth- . orize the Mayor to sign the agreement to release Snohomish County'of , any liability or responsibility regarding the grant from MITA to the City of Everett. Glen Warden had requested rezoning a 4 acre area from R-4 to R-2. Mrs.Goode,6526 Larimer Rd,speaking for Mr.Wardes,said he wanted thls whole area down-zoned to R-2.
