Variances ars granted on existing lots <br /> but aCCording to our present ordinance a variance cannot be granted <br /> on a new lot that does not comply wi.the short plat code. <br /> j11 <br /> '11 Lloyd Henning asked the council what they wanted to do about the four <br /> short plats that had already been granted variances by the Board of <br /> Adjustment.
