He said the owner of <br /> the mobile park had come to the clty requesting a$12,500 Credit for using ' <br /> 1 his sewer line for.the proposed LID line because of an assessment <br /> against his property for the Hardeson Road LID. Mr.Henning said he informed ' <br /> the gentleman that there was no way to give a credit against an LID from <br /> another LID but that he would try to negotiate something.
