Motion Carried FUND 004-ADMINISTRATION Program 804-Management of City Operations Dick Thompson reported that a portion Of tne salaries of the Community De- velopment Director and the City GovernMent Directer was in this budget. Motion Carried • FUND 006-MAYOR Program 702-Provide Effective Operation of Mayor's Office Mayor Moore reported that all monies for the operation of his office had been placed in this budget this year. Last year the monies for operating supplies,.etc.had been in the administration budget and he transferred it into his budget this year as he felt it was the proper way to go. FUND 008-PROJECT COORDINATOR Program 103-Community Design Projects Joe Kozlovski,Project Coordinator,said this budget not only covers his operation this year but also the Intergovernmental Coordinator. This position and suppOrting expenses had been placed in this budget rather than in the administration's budget. Moved by Councilman Aldcroft,seconded by Councilman Pope to adopt Fund 008,Program 103 in the total amount of 690,305.
