It had been beought to the atten- tion of the administration that specifications for this system were not up • to code,and that in order to bring this system up to code it would be an additional$11,575 cost. The Mayor had requested that the council make the decision as to whether they wanted to spend the additional money for this vacuum system. He felt there were no valid reasons for this re- zone. Ursd Cattle,City Attorney,'said it is too late for.reconsideration of the ordinance as it is past the ten day time and the ordinance is valid. If the council wished,Another ordinance could be prepared starting the remene procedure again. Mr.Hurd requested the co,mcil to consider this. • 1
