IC January 31,1575 Now,therefore,be It resolved by the City of Everett City Council that, The weekday 2 hour time limit parking restriction be extended to 6 p.m. 1. on the West side of Colby from 13 to 14 Street 2. on both sides of 14 Street from ColbY to Hayt 3. on the South side of 14 Street from Colby to Rockefeller 4. on the both sidee of Colby from 14 to 15 Street 5. on both aides of Wetmore from 14 to 15 Street Roll was called with all councilmen voting Ye.....Pt CcunsirBBE Aldcrc,t who was excused and Councilmen Gipson and Baker who were absent. Motion Carried Councilmen Baker and Gipson then returned to the meeting. LEASE AGREEMENT(CB781-51) Moved by Councilman Overstreet,seconded by Councilman Pope to authorize the Mayor to execute a lease agreement with the Everett Elks for library Parking. Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman Aldcroft who was excused. Motion Carried SHORELINE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT(CE781-52) 'g:nga:77119ig,T=IdfcTers'ICentluiTtr,aane7g:pmarntipc:=1 approximately the foot of California Avenue and Hewitt Avenue on the Sno- homish Rivet Purpose was to dredge and fill two areas to provide a vate access road and parking facility for the company. A public hearing was held on January 17th by the Planning Commission and the commission voted to grant the shoreline permit with ten conditione. He asked for concurxence by the Council. Moved by Councilman Gipson,seconded by Councilman Overstreet to authorize issuance of a shoreline substantial development permit to Wick Towing Company subject to the ten conditions set forth by the Planning Commission. Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except Councilman Aldcroft who woe eXcused. .
