Motion Carried • COUNCIL BILL No.792-78 FINAL READING An Ordinance amending Sections 2,5 and 6 of Ordinance NG. 473-77, creating a special design and construction fund entitled"Maple Heights Bridge Replacement"and Increasing the expenditure required for this project to$1,411,775. (Mved by Councilman Pope,seconded by Councilman Baker,that this is declared to be the final reading of Council Bill No.192-78,and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the Ordinance. Motion Carried FIRCREST SEWER AGREEMENT CONTINUED-(CB 794-159) a He then introduced Roy Heisel,Manager of the Fircrest Sewer District. Mr.Reisel said that they already have 3100 acres under agreement with the City,and this amendment was for an additional 320 acres. Councilman Langus and Council:Ran Michelson were concerned about the number of homes to be serviced,and Mr.Heisel said that the Fircrest Sewer District had been working closely with the 201 Study.
