President Aldcroft said the Council will consider <br /> all of these recommendations at a future meeting. <br /> On motion the meeting recessed at 4:30 p.m. <br /> The regular meeting reconvened at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 1 CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL TRANSIT OINDY <br /> Councilman Pope reported that 7,000 questionnaires were mailed out,and <br /> 648 of the total responses felt there was no need to consolidate services. <br /> Dj I He said the study should be tabled until a later date. <br /> UTILITY.TE STUDY' <br /> Councilman Overstreet reported that recommendatIons will be coming before <br /> Council in the near future regarding the Utility Rate Study. <br /> NORTON AVE.BOAT LAUNCH 6 MAR/NE PA. <br /> Presider,Aldcroft reported that a meeting was held on March 21 with the <br /> Port of Everett and Snohomish County Commissioners in a continuing program <br /> to complete the boat launch facility on Norton Ave.and the Marine Park <br /> in that area. He said the propect is approximately$350,000,508 to be <br /> Fl paid by IAC,and the other 508 to be paid by Snohomish County,Port of <br /> Everett,and t.City of Everett. asked for Council's concurrence in <br /> Phase IV,and to request the Port of Everett to apPlY bo IA.fer fhaSe <br /> funding. <br /> Moved by Councilman Langus,seconded by Councilman Gipson,to approve the <br /> request for Phase IV and to request the POIL of Everett to apply to IAC <br /> for funding. <br /> a 1 .11 was called with all Councilmen voting yes. <br /> Notion Carried <br /> • <br /> VINE. <br />
