229 Tune 6,1979 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY T.CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT: L The City of Everett wishes to fund,jointly with other cities, a project to examine the feasibility,cost and operating procedures of a Pooling arFan9eMent inVolving joint self insurance and/or joint purchase of insurance and joint claims and risk management,such pro- ject to be controlled by representatives of the cities providing funding support,and amnaged and coordinated by the Association of Washington Cities;and 2. The Mayor is authorized to enter into necessary agreements with the Association of Washington Cities to carry out the intent of this resolution:and 3. The City of Everett shall pay to the Association of Washington Cities the sum of Three Thousand Dollars($3,000)as its proportionate snare of the con.Of the study Project on oz.before July 1,1979.
