Water resources developed and build first stage of <br /> Culmback Dam; <br /> 2. CeveloP Power for the Dam. <br /> He reported that the prmposed project entailed raising the level of . <br /> .111.81,DaM apprmximately 60 feet and raise the access and spillway. .; <br /> Also proposed 15 the construction of an 6 mile long tunnel through Blue <br /> .• <br /> Mountain,originating at the west end of Spada Lake and terminating south <br /> of Lake Chaplain,where a proposed powerhouse is to be constructed. Also <br /> proposed is a pipeline terminal structure to be built on tha east side of • <br /> Lake Chaplain,which runs south and intersects with the proposed power- <br /> house.
