She sald it encompassed approximately 1 acre <br /> with about 15,000 square feet in the building and the balance would be <br /> parking. Other factlities had been constructed in other areas and the <br /> cities have been extremely pleased with the result,inasmuch as the com- <br /> pany and the cities are able to offer this sport to many more people by <br /> keeping the centers purely public. There would be no membership fees, <br /> etc.only charges as the public uses them. The bulldvagwould be constructed <br /> ,,,the businesS On CitY PrOPertY,and should the business go broke the <br /> , building would revert back to City ownership.
