By deleting and substituting some 1• things in the construction they had carna a,with a basic bid of$50,140, within the budgeted amotnt for-this remodeling job. Councilman Michelson objected to changing this as he felt the restroom •+Il, would be there for the balance of the life of the building and it should • be done properly. Moved by Councilman Michelson,seconded by Councilman Langus,that the basic bid plus valve toilets be awarded to Keta Construction for the total 1 amount of$52,921.00,plus sales tax,with the balance of the money not budgeted coming from the Council Contingency Fund.
