These rights-of-ways are: 1) Easterly portion of Cascade <br /> High School(proposed Evergreen-casino interconnect): 2) Easterly <br /> portion of Emerson School(proposed widening and realignment of <br /> 7-th Avenue S.E.and 88th St.S.E.). He said these rights-of-ways <br /> • <br /> contain a total area of approximately 31,285 selhare feet eDd are <br /> both within the R-1,Single Family Low-Density zone.
