<br /> they are in favor of the vacation as presented today.

<br /> ' City Attorney be authorized to prepare an ordinance vacating 25.Street
<br /> as amended and presented today and have.the ordinance available fox first
<br /> reading following the public hearing on October 3rd should the Council
<br /> vote to approve the vacation.

<br /> ordinance is being prepared establishing a fee. The Planning PePartmeAt
<br /> had met with the School District and were coming to an agreement regarding

<br /> Mr.Dacus,of the School Board,said he wanted to point out that the
<br />,.'ti'At Board has not instructed nor requested the Planning Commission or the
