He could not predict how long it would take. <br /> (lick ThOMpson said it was not a question of conflict of interest but that <br /> the public would better accept an unbiased opipipq. <br /> Mayor Meore said he might bring a class action suit against the Council on <br /> this issue if he bad to. <br /> Councilman Overstreet felt that Everett was no moreuntue than other cities <br /> faced with the same thing.
