<br /> 8:30 a.m.,November ze,1979 in the Council Chambers of the Everett City
<br /> Hall,President Pro Tem Michelson presiding. Upon roll call it was'
<br /> found that all Councilmen were in attendance except President Aldcroft,
<br /> Councilma.n Langur and Mayor Moore,who were excused,and Cooncilman Gipson, '
<br /> who was absent. ,
<br /> ATTORNEY COMMENTS
<br /> Brad Cattle,City Attorney,reported that the next PECOS regional meeting ,
<br /> will be held,Tuesday,December 4,1979 in the Cascade High School Cafeteria. •'

<br /> PSCOG STUDY '
<br /> Bill Cushman,Finance Director,reported that in FElbrUar,,1979 Council •

<br /> approved the initiation of this atudy and staff was regueeted to prepare in
<br /> budgeting for the 1980 010700,10 amount of approximately$15,000. Mr. k
<br /> Cushman presented the proposal for discharging the money. The sum of
<br /> $5,000,which is due now,is to be paid from the Engineering Department's IDI
<br /> 1979 budget,and 0005 the proposed 1500 budget$7,600 is to be paid from
<br /> *1 000190 Department and$2,500 from the Council Contingency Fund. ILS
