Upon roll call.it was <br /> found that all Councilmen were in attendance,-except President Aldcroft, <br /> who arrived at 8:45 a.m.,and Councilman Pope,who arrived at 9:30 a.m. <br /> Minutes of the meetings held November 19,20,21100 28,1979 were 4 <br /> approved as printed with Councilman Gipson abetaining from VOning nn the <br /> 28th meeting. <br /> COUNTY BUILDING - • • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> Mayor Moore reported that the original concept presented to Council and <br /> to the County han been rm3ected by the County.
