The Committee was granted an ex- <br /> .tension of time. <br /> • <br /> P.U.D.PROPERTY-(CB 7912-527) <br /> Dick Thompson,Chief Administrative Assistant,reported that the P.U.D. <br /> had requested that the City review its understanding with P.U.D.con- <br /> cerning property reserved by P.U.D.for future directional ramps for <br /> 20th Ave.W. <br /> Hugh Warren,of the Public Works Department,reported that it is not <br /> feasible to have the ramps as it would slow the traffic even more with <br /> the way the ramps were designed to bank. <br /> Councilman Baker felt that we would be making a long-range decision <br /> and can foresee real problems in the years to come. <br /> Councilman Pope asked if this isn't addressed in the Southwest Everett <br /> Study,and Mr.Thompson and Mr.Warren both agreed that to a certain 4 <br /> point it was. <br />
