Upon roll call it was <br /> found that all Councilmen were in attendance,except President Aldcroft <br /> and Councilmen Pope and Overstreet,who were excused. <br /> President Michelson announced that because of the importance of the <br /> drainage workshop,he felt a full Council should be in attendance and <br /> asked for a motion to recess this agenda item until a later date. <br /> Moved by Councilman Langus,seconded by CouncilMan GiPson,ko recess tha <br /> meeting until 7:00 p.m.and that chi.agenda item on the drainage Proh- <br /> lems would be continued until some future time. <br /> • <br /> Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes,except Councilmen Pope <br /> and Overstreet,and President Aldcroft,who were excused. <br /> Motion Carried <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council reconvened at 7:00 p.m., <br /> December 1979 in the Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> President Aldcroft presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Moore and all Councilmen were in attendance. <br /> Minutes of the meeting held December 12,1979 were approved as printed. <br /> COMMITTEE • <br /> • <br /> --Councilman Pope reported he had been appointed on the Adyisory Committee <br /> fel-State Highway Safety and had attended the first meeting today. <br /> • WORKSHOP SET • <br /> Councilman onerntreet said an president for 19.he was setting up a <br /> workshop at Walter E.Hall Golf Course for January Ilth as to the workings <br /> of the Council and their plans,etc.for the coming dear• <br /> He then announced that he and the Mayor had met with the City Action <br /> Group of.AWC regarding various legislation for the coming session. <br /> AGENDA DELETIONS <br /> President Aldcroft then announced that the bid report on Library furniture <br /> would be continued for one week. <br /> Brad Cattle,City Attorney,requested that the bid report on the 19th St. <br /> Improvement Project be continued also. <br /> 1=1.-Itd16:=1:=TgMTIVag=alo=ht'Llgd'UngtneVP:1,17r- <br /> right-of-way at grid-38th St. <br />
