The regular Council meeting will start at 9:00 a.m. <br /> SPEED PROBLEM <br /> ., Wallace Becker,of 8019 Upper Ridge Road,spoke of the speed problem on <br />.1r rsat road and also Lower Ridge Road. He hoped Council would look at this <br /> problem and possibly acquire more radar units and officers on motorcycles. <br />!''I'.
