295 June 25,1980 President Overstreet asked if anyone else in the audience wished to speak on the proposed fee ordinance and no one replied. Moved by Councilmen Gipson,seconded by Councilman Michelson,tb close the Public hearing. Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes. Roll was called on the amendment with all Corm-Moen voting yes. Motion Carried Itv:le,b&T,or,Tt=1.!iigfit;seconded by Councilman Pope,that Section 3(d) .5150 for applications valued at less than$100,000 by the building official; $250 for applications valued between $100,000 and$1,000,000 by the building official. There- after the fee shall increase at a ratio to 5100 for each dollarvin building valuation as determined bY yel,lari!ing official." Mny further wording should be that 3(e)be amended to read as follows: $150 for applications valued at less than$100,000 by tbe bolding official; 6250 for applications valued between 5100,000 and$1,000,000 by the 10110100 00010100. There- after the fee shall inciease at a ratio to$100 for each million dollars in building valuation as determined by the buLlding official.. (Further wording to be deleted). Roll was called on the amendment with all Councilmen voting yes,except Councilmen Aldcroft and Lan,UB,who voted no.
