<br /> BUDGET CUTS IN PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE Motion Carried
<br /> Russ duckett,Prosecuting Attorney,stated there was a possibility of
<br /> a budget cut in his department which would result in the loos of 7
<br /> employees,4 attorneys and 3 support staff. Since approximately one-third
<br /> of their referrals come from the Everett Police Department,he felt the
<br /> Council should be made aware of the possible impact of the budget cut.

<br /> from Council as to which types of crimes and cases they felt should be
<br /> placed on the priority list before others.
