He also briefly reviewed the draft EIS and the fact <br /> that an iicrease in solid waste fees will be necessary. Mr.Rubatino said <br /> no action will be needed today by Council and the Committee will be meeting <br /> soon to review the study and adopt a plan. Also,that additional landfill <br /> sites will be needed as Cathcart is becoming filled.
