'1, on nroo13,17otoAnS=1,,81=nt 1874 was,dSSed by the Everett City Council M all'Cl=lf'g1Tstfturirct:171antVyallet'ott:e2:11.11:T'T=P:nr WHEREAS,Resolution 1874 prohibits prorating of any annual member- ship fees;and WHEREAS,the Everett City Council fmnds that citizens who have held annual memberships during 1980 which expire during 1981 will be unduly ( ' burdened by paying the full annual membershmp rate during the remainder - 1 of calendar year 1981: NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Everett as follows: Section 1: That Resolution No.1874 which reads in part as follows: "Annual memberships run from January 1st to December 31st,1981. They will not be prorated during the calendar year." IS HEREBY AMENDED to read as follows: - "Annual nwmberships run from Senna,llt to FereMber Jlst" each calendar year. They will not he prorated during the calendar year except for citizens who possessed an annual membership during calendar year 1980 whIch expires during 1981.
