<br /> of Wetmore Avenue,40th Street to North of 41st Street,
<br /> and,40th Street,Wetmore to alley West of Wetmore.
<br /> WEEREAS,the owner of more than two-thirds of the front footage of:
<br /> , Wetmore AVe.from the north side of 40th Street going south to the
<br /> S.E.corner of Lot 26,Block 10,and the S.W.corner of Lot 7,
<br /> 1 Block 9,Climax La.CemPanY's ist Addition:6707
<br /> 40th Street from the S.W.corner of Lot 17,Block 7,and the N.W.

<br /> have petitioned for vacation of said right-of-way;and
<br /> WHEREAS,R.C.W. 35,79.010 provides that the City Council shall be

<br /> resolution fix a date for a public hearing on gaid petition:
<br /> '1 NOW,-THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of
<br /> 7 Everett,that a public hearing be set for S:30 a.m.on February ll,1901,
<br /> 9 in the City Council Chambers,City Hall,to consider tho proPoeed vaCatiOn
<br /> 11 of a portion of aforesaid right-of-way as herein described.
