Mr.Bell then presentee Council <br /> members with a copy of the final EIS,preliminary plat and site Plan <br /> and rebuttal of the recommendations of the Planning Commission. <br /> Councilman Aldcroft then referred to a letter received from James H. <br /> Allendoerfer,attorney for the oPponents,requesting that Council reject <br /> the recommendations of the Planning Commission and conduct its man <br /> public hearings on the project. Councilman Aldcroft pointed out that a <br /> hearing had been set for June 10th for Council to consider all testimony. <br /> F4 <br /> Councilman Overstreet arrived at this time. <br /> Councilman Pope asked if the impact of affected areas around the <br /> project had been addressed and whether information was available about <br /> this,and Brad Cattle said the E/S will be perused and will be noted <br /> for the public hearing. <br /> Coun ilman POpe then requested information regarding traffic counts on <br /> Ever;reen way from 4800 block of Rucker,in the 7500 block of Evergreen <br /> Way,the 5200 block of Evergreen Way,and also on Beverly Lane from <br /> Madison,Mukilteo Boulevard and on the other side of Dogwood,westbound. <br />
