'GTE <br /> as a Public park with athletic facilities consisting of ballparks, <br /> soccer field,track,tennis courts,daY can,'area/a begging Path. <br /> natural trail and uses associated with outdoor recreation,.th active <br /> and passive. Twenty acres will remain in the natural state. He said <br /> at a public hearing June 4,1981 before the Land Use Hearing Examiner <br /> he approved the Special Property Use Permit with 13 conditions.
