They have been involved in the deveiopment <br /> of the SW Everett Plan for at least 2 year, He added that Everett <br /> should be proud of its Planning staff and Planning Commission because <br /> they all do an Outstanding job. Alternate 5 is the result of a long <br /> SerieS of compromdses and addresses all the basics needed for a really <br /> good development plan. He recommended that Council accept and adopt it. <br /> Darrel Freudenberg,of 4937 Sea Breeze•Way,said that over-au,he <br /> thinks the development plan is a pretty good one.
