Motion Carried AIR FAIR RESOLUTION-(CB 825-221) Moved by Councilman Overstreet,seconded by Councilman Stephenson,to adopt Resolution No.2113asfllows: Si RESOLUTION prohibiting parking during the 1982 Washington State International Air Fair at Paine Field,july 17-18,1982. WHEREAS,Chapter 46.08.050,E.C.C.,provides that the City Council ' beegulated,urestricted,or proheet or ibited,ally areas where parking shall regulated, the WashingtonrState International Air Fair Board of Directors has requested a o Parking 8:00 a.m. o 12 midnight" restriction for a two-day pl period.July 1J and 18,1987 in the vicinity of Paine Field;and the Washington State International A r Fair Board od Directors will furnish,install,and remove the"No Parking" signs;and WHEREAS,the City Council does desire to prohibit the parking of vehicles o tarn streets o portions thereof during the time of the Air Showe NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Everett that: All vehicles be prohibited from parking in the following locations from 8:00 a.m. to 12 midnight on July 17 A 18,1982. a) 20th Ave.West,both sides,from SR 526 to the Haul Rd. b) Airport Rd,both sides,from the So City Limits to SR 526 c) 0&1i2 vRdw(86 St SW),both sides,from Airport Rd to and the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to enforce these I deefrictions,including the authority to two way violators if med necessary. Motion Carried EASEMENT-(CB 825-222) Moved by Councilman Michelson,seconded by Councilman Overs[ to ea accept easement and appurtenant ter facilities for Everett Pacific Hotel from Everett Hotel,at 3105 Pine St. Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes,except Councilman Gipson,who was excused.
