This wouldahave to be done by a formal budget ordinance amendment. Seb Werre,of Bellingham,suggested using state land for farm-type facilities that would be self-sufficient. Bill Carpbasicalenter,of 902 Rucker,asked whether other counties were also ly most imposing the additional sales tax and Mayor Moore said counties across the state are also doing likewise. • Moved by Councilman Michelson,seconded by Councilman Gipson,to close the public hearing. • President PO,asked if anyone else wished to speak and no one replied. • Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes.
