WHEREAS,the City Council finds that on April 20,1982,the Planning ' • CommissionhOlda public headin4 regarding establishing the Comprehensive Plan designation for the hereinafter described property;and WHEREAS,.e City Council finds,after reviewing'tile Planning Com- mission recommendation at public hearings onJune 2,lg.,and July 14, 1982,as required by R.C.W.33.13.170,that Medium Density Residential land uses with an open space corridor along Nor.Creek are comPatible with the surrounding community;and WHEREAS,the City Council finds that a Notice of Intention to Annex to the City of Everett for the property is pending before the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board;and WHEREAS,the City Council finds that State Law requires that Comprehensive Plan land use designation be established for areas • annexed to the City; a. WHEREAS,the City Council finds that Comprehensive Plan designations hereinafter set forth are in the best interests of the City of Everett. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that: • 1.. The Comprehensive elan designations of medium Density Residential, • • 5-10 Dwelling Units Per Gross Acre with an Open Space coiridor along North Creek as shown on thea ttached map,Exhibit A,are hereby adopted for the following described property:See Exhibit E.. •, 2. The Official Map in the Planning Department of the City of Everett shall upon passage of this Resolution and annexation of the property to the City of Everett,be amended as hereinabove provided. I. The Everett Community Plan policies for Sector FB shall.apply to the hereinabove described propertY. 4. The day care center located at 10814 7th Avenue Southeast shall be .. permitted to operate subject to the conditions contained in ,, Snohomish County Conditional Use Permit No.02-72,filed under City of Everett specil Property use Permit no.2-82.
