The Comprehensive elan designations of medium Density Residential, <br /> • <br /> • <br /> 5-10 Dwelling Units Per Gross Acre with an Open Space coiridor <br /> along North Creek as shown on thea ttached map,Exhibit A,are <br /> hereby adopted for the following described property:See Exhibit E.. •, <br /> 2. The Official Map in the Planning Department of the City of Everett <br /> shall upon passage of this Resolution and annexation of the <br /> property to the City of Everett,be amended as hereinabove provided. <br /> I.
