Upon roll call it was found that Mayor Moore and all Councilmen were in attendance. Minutes of the meeting held November 10,1982,were approved as •- printed. PROCLAMATION Mayor Moore proclaimed Movember 25th,1982,as',east of Thanksgiving - I .• APPOINTMENT Mayor Moore then asked for Council's concurrence in the appointment of Virginia Miller to the Block Grant Committee. • . Moved by Councilman Stephenson,seconded by Councilman Overstreet,to concur in the Mayor's appointment of Virginia Miller to serve on the Block Grant Committee,term to expire December 31,1988. • Roll was called with all Councilmen vehing yes. After the Council had a chance to review the document,he and a member of his staff would make a formal presentation to the Council.
