Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Mayor Moore and all Councilmen were in attendance. <br /> Minutes of the meeting held November 10,1982,were approved as <br /> •- printed. <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> Mayor Moore proclaimed Movember 25th,1982,as',east of Thanksgiving <br /> - I <br /> .• <br /> APPOINTMENT <br /> Mayor Moore then asked for Council's concurrence in the appointment of <br /> Virginia Miller to the Block Grant Committee. <br /> • .
