449 November 17,1982 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by Ne City Council of the City II Everett,that authorization is given to the CitY Treasurer to wake interfund loans under the following terms and conditions: Loan From: Sewer/Water Construction Fund Loan To: CLOD No.1 (LID Fund) Amount Authorized: Total of all loans not to exceed 52,600,000 Period of Loan: November 1982 through dune 1983 Rate of Interest: 9.5 percent Repayment Source: CLIC No.1 mond Proceeds 1 Department of Ecology Grant It is understood that this loan 0055 001 constitute the Sewer Department's contribution to the S.W.Everett Sewer Project and that j 1 said Sewer Department contribtuion will not be fully paid until CLIC No.1 is fully funded by the sale of bonds.
