PUBLIC HEARING-ALLEY VACATION-(CB 0212-535) Cratg Fullerton,of the Public Works Department,reported the vacation of alley west of Peat Marine View Drive(Norton)and south of Dverett Avenue and containing approximately 960:1 square feet - was petitioned by The Herald,owner of 1009 of abutting property. Honing 11,within the M-1,Heavy Manufacturing Zone and the C-2, 9 id, Heavy Commercial-Light Industrial Done. There have been no objections to the property vacation but there are existing utilities within the alley.
