They have been holding meetings in an existing single- <br /> family structure on the property. The area is zoned C-1 General <br /> Commercial. The Planning Commission referred this matter to the lic",I <br /> Hearing Examiner for review and he recommended granting the permit <br /> subject to 13 condition°.
