A condition of that approval was when the <br /> applicant received budgetary*PprOVal for sewer upgrading,interceptor W <br /> fees,sidewalk improvements,easements and detention fund contributions, ' 'I <br /> they would then apply for a hearing on these items,and this funding <br /> has now been approved. <br /> Councilman Gipson asked about egress and ingreas to Johnson Printing, •' <br /> and Mr.Ervine said this was addressed by the Hearing Examiner su that <br /> it will be limited to a minimum by the public. <br /> Councilman Overstreet asked about curb cuts and whether they would i 1 <br /> include ones across the street,and Mr.Ervine was not certain <br /> whether it would.
