The Housing conditions,the housing assistance needs,and the <br /> location for additional subsidized housing as identified by <br /> the Citizen Advisory Committee for Housing and Comakunity <br /> Development and submitted to theCity Council. ! <br /> 2. The priority for assisted housing includes( <br /> 4 rflrue,igv:ority shall be given.to Section 0 existing for small <br /> =1„,o:.,1:,,r11.2g:h;11 Ilye.given to Section 8 existing for <br /> Third priority shall be given to the demonstration rehabil- <br /> itation program <br /> 3. The City will continue its commibnent over the next three years <br /> to the Community Houeing improvement Program(CHIP)and will <br /> continue to have CHIP work with Minor Home Repair to provide <br /> Minor Rome Repairs ! <br /> 4. The City will also continue its commitment to the Joint Venture <br /> for Affordable Housing as demonstrated by Resolution No.2231 <br /> which the City Council unanimously approved. <br />
