Over a period of 2 years the problem <br /> has not been aolved and on September 20th of 1982,a.building <br /> permit wee issued.to Hobert Haggard for repair work on this building. <br /> No work has been done since that time and,according to the code, <br /> the building permit is now invalid. She asked the Council to adopt <br /> the resolution authorizing demolition of the structure. ' <br /> Larry Crawford,of the Public Works Department,pointed Out tO <br /> the Council that the building as proposed by air.Haggard would cause <br /> problems wi.the eewer line in the area and they had put a stop <br /> work order on the site pending Mx.Haggard receiving a public works <br /> permit.
