Motion Carried PEENING RESOLUTION POSTPONED Ron Cameron presented a parking resolution prohibiting parking on the east side of Cedar between Hewitt and PacifIc. President Pope pointed out a letter h.been received from the SSD Corporation requesting a delay in action on this resolution. He also pointed out in the update was additional information on parking in the 2600 block of Hoyt. In answer to a questa..by the Council, Cameron said the citizens in that block were not notified of the proposed parka.. change as he was just following the procedures from the past. CounciNan Stephanson felt Nis type of change should be done at a public hearing and also any discussion on Hoyt Avenue.
