Mayor Moore and all Councilmen were in attendance <br /> except Councilman Michelson,who was excused. <br /> MORT HEARING <br /> by <br /> Bill Cushnmn,Finance Director,reviewed some of the questions <br /> presented by the Council at the lavt Budget Hearing. The first <br /> discusaed was the cost projections of the City having its own <br /> diapatch system. He said this would require IS PeoPle,a facilitY <br /> and equipment. Estimated cost for SNOPAC next year is$507,000 <br /> but he felt the cost of starting up.onr ovm system would be well <br /> above that. <br /> • <br />
