Motion Carried . t Moved by Councilman Overstreet,seconded by Councilman Stephenson,to A4 amend Resolution No.2355 by deleting the fifth paragraph referring to ORB Architects as designers of the building and by amending the last paragraph to read"Further,that the Mayor is authorized to sign a consultant contract with an architect to provide design services for a Permanent roof.* Councilman Overstreet said this would allow the Mayor to make the decision regarding the architect and Mayor Moore then said no contract would be signed until funding for the roof has been worked out. Councilman Overstreet said 008 003020 was based on recommendations from several Park Board members who were not satisfied with work done by ORB.
