WSDOT does approve of the vacation eabiect to one- <br /> half the appraised value of$2,850,or$1,425. <br /> Se said the proposed vacation contains an area of approximately <br /> 9,912 square feet and is within the R-1 Single Family Low Density <br /> zone. There have been no objections to the vacation and there <br /> are no existing facilities within that will require that an ease- <br /> ment be retained. <br />
