<br /> Mark Nesse,LibraryDirector,explained this was the annual report as
<br /> required by City Charter. He said major focus was to complete the "3,31..I

<br /> 1 relabeling of all books in the Library for use in the automated check-
<br /> , out system and to xe-register all patrons,i.suing E......ca..•

<br /> the Jackson Center pro,ect,and said the Library Boaad would continue

<br /> and came up with a suggested schedule. A rough draft would be
<br /> aubmitted to the Budget Committee on February 29th and they would

<br /> MI 14th. Then possibly
<br /> public hearings could be held the end of April and firsr
