He felt progress had been made , 1 today in this hearing as focus was being made on the 85,centration issue and the City should begin looking at the needs G.the population in the future. Moved by Councilman Overstreet,seconded by Councilman Gtoson,to : continue the public hearing to 7:00 p.m.,February 29,1984. President Stephanson commented that in order to get a fair assess- ment of this document a.possibly determine whether on not It will cripple growth,he felt comparisons with comParGble cities within the State might be beneficial. He also voiced,concern that they had not heard from those living in a R-1 zone and felt they were ' unaware of a possible praicr change. ' Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes,except Councilman Michelson,who was absent.
