<br /> iJoe Porlovski,of Administration,explained this was a contract with
<br /> John Steidel for master planning at both municipal golf courses a.
<br />; I will include drainage,irrigations,landscaping and general play design
<br /> I 1 Bruce Jones,City Attorney,said Mr.Steidel has asked that 13.c.which
<br /> requires errors and omissions insurance be deleted from the contract
<br /> I' 1 as it is very expensive and this is basically a one person business.
<br /> He recommended that this be deleted.
<br />. Moved by Councilman Overstreet,seconded by Councilmmn Morrow,to
<br />? authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with John Steidel,Golf Course
