The funding source would remain the same, <br /> federal funding 000 010 Oakes Bridge$400,000 and local 0100,000, <br /> and the Lombard Bridge would be$240,000 from federal and local <br /> funding would be$60,000,making 000t41 of$500,000 000 110 Oakes <br /> Bridge and 0304,0000or the Lombard Bridge. <br /> Councilman Morrow felt the Burlington Northern should pay for the <br /> improvement rather than the City and Al Cheat,Public Works <br /> Director,said because the 1902 standards are lower than the <br /> present standards,Burlington Northern would build to the 1902 <br /> I standards,but this mould not stand the load capacity needed today <br /> so the City is trying to get funds to build it up to Present <br /> standards. <br /> Councilman Morrow then asked about the Lombard Bridge and Ron <br /> Cameron said MB funds were applied for,but this bridge did not <br /> meet their regulations,so there will be federal aid bridge rePlace- <br /> ment monies in the amount of 802 towards fixing the Lombard Bridge. <br /> Councilman Overstreet ask.about Wrandoning the line and Mayor <br /> Moore said that Burlington Northern has no intentions of <br /> abandoning the line. <br /> Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes. <br /> Motion Carried <br /> 1 ' <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> 00 00 <br /> RESOLUTION establishing a ninety 1.1 <br /> 4). minute parking restriction from 8:00 a.m. <br /> to 6:00 le.m.except on Sundays and Holidays <br /> for the Central Business District. <br /> NHEREAS,the Police Department requests changing the various oth <br /> (1)hour and two(2)hour time limit parking restrictions to a <br /> consistent ninety(90)minute limit;and <br />
