April 11,1984 149 108 ANNEXATION PETITION ACCEPTED Moved by Councilman Pope,secOnded by Councilman Langun,to accept 108 petition for annexation of 245 acres south and east If Silver Lake, (south of 110th St.S.E.to 124011 St.S.E.), and consider April 11,1584,as that date of the public meeting with the initiators of annexation as required pursuant to RCP 35.13.125(and to direct the proponent to circulate a 758 petition indicating that the simultaneous adoption of a shore- line plan/comprehensive plan will be required,and that a proportionate shaze of the existing City indebtedness is required tO be assumed by the annexation area. Roll was called with all Councilmen voting yes,except Councilman Gipson,who was excused.
