296 July 11,1984 It is recommended that the contract, Schedules 'A*, '8* and (Lonbard parking)be awarded to the low bidder,Everett Construction for the amount of$136,812.50,will the following deletions: Schedule A-1)delete approximately 50 L.F. of rockery from the lower parking area, 2) ellbatitute extruded cement concrete curb for approximately 835 L.P.of reinforced cement concrete planter curb( Schedule B - 1) delete half of the proposed landaCaping addacent to Wall Street. It is also recommended that an amendment to Ordinance 1005-84 be made to provide the additional funding required for this project. BID AWARD Moved by Councilman Michelson, seconded by Councilmen Pope, to concur with the recommendation of the Public Works Department and that the contract far Senior Center/Noceing Project parking lot improvements be awarded to the low bidder, Everett Construction, Inc.,of Marysville,based upon their proposal and unit bid of unit prices extended for the estimated total of 8136,812.50 as received at the bid opening held at 2:00 p.m., June 19, 1984, deletions to the contract work as recommended. ) Roll waa called with all Councilmen voting yes, eXCept Councilman Overstreet,who was excused.
